Brewing: Pour 0.5 teaspoons of matcha tea in a small amount of water at 80° C and stir until foam forms on the surface. Add water to achieve your favorite taste and consistency - usually 70-100 ml for 0.5 teaspoon of matcha (2g). Do not pour boiling water, because matcha loses then some of its valuable properties.
We recommend preparing it with water. You can also prepare it with milk as matcha latte.
