For this matcha tea we have made an additional pesticides check at the Institute of Horticulture in Skierniewice to show how safe our teas are. None of the 473 tested pesticides were detected, even in minimal quantities!

Brewing: Pour 0.5 teaspoons of matcha tea in a small amount of water at 80° C and stir until a thick foam forms on the surface. Add water to achieve your favorite taste and consistency - usually 70-100 ml for 0.5 teaspoon of matcha (2g). Do not pour boiling water, because matcha loses some of its valuable properties.
It can be prepared with water or milk. Ideal for preparation with milk as matcha latte.

Storage: Store in a dry place, away from strong odors.
After opening the can, the tea should be stored in a tightly closed container. Green tea gets easily oxidized and its flavor deteriorates over time. We recommend consuming matcha tea within 1 month after opening the can, when it retains its highest quality.
Matcha Latte - how to prepare
1. Sieve 3g of matcha powder into a cup (2 chashaku or 1 teaspoon).
2. Mix matcha powder with 60 ml of hot water (but not boiling water).
3. Add 30 ml of milk or soy milk. Milk can be frothed before pouring it into tea.
Sieve the powder using the strainer before pouring water. You will avoid clumps and get a nice smooth texture!
